There is a destiny set to each person on this planet, a pre-planned fate that awaits each of us. It was Anthony Mazzeo’s destiny to move people through electronic music, though his journey to get there was anything but traditional. A rocker by heart, Anthony is a classically trained guitar player with 16 years of musical experience. This background allowed him to tour with regional rock acts during his high school years. His natural progression began to deviate from traditional rock-n-roll to a more electronic sound. Anthony began to experiment with MIDI interfaces, looping hardware, and effects processors for the guitar. This innovative skill set earned him the lead guitar role in the live electronic act Heady Metal. Unknowingly, this progressive music project served as the beginning of a transition into a career as a DJ. As a student of music, Anthony studied the history of dance culture, its genres, and pioneers. He has drawn from his extensive experience to create a sound that is truly unique. Superior track selection, driving bass, and a technologically advanced live DJ setup highlight Anthony’s carefully crafted sets, while he wears a subtle charismatic grin during his peak time performance.
